Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 limes, peeled
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • ½ oz agave syrup
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges or slices
  • kosher salt
  • 5 cups ice

Directions

  1. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and the dip the outside of the rim of the glass in kosher salt.
  2. Put the peeled limes into the blender and pour in tequila, Cointreau, and agave syrup.
  3. Top with 3 cups of ice cubes and blend until smooth and slushy. Add more agave to taste and blend again.
  4. Pour into the salt-rimmed glass and enjoy!

  • sugar for rimming
  • 1 pear, cored and sliced

Directions

  1. Add ice, tequila, Cointreau, simple syrup, lime juice, and thyme leaves to the blender
  2. Moisten margarita glasses with spent lime and rim with sugar
  3. Blend ingredients and add pear intermittently to blend into the margarita
  4. Once completely blended, pour into margarita glasses, garnish, and serve

  • 6 cups ice
  • Lime juice and coarse salt for rimming the glass
  • Toasted Coconut for topping

Directions

  1. In a large blender add lime juice, lemon juice, coconut flavoring, agave nectar, tequila, and triple sec.
  2. Blend ingredients approximately 1 minute or until completely blended and no ice chunks.
  3. Dip rim of margarita glass into lime juice and then into salt.
  4. Pour frozen coconut margarita mix into the prepared margarita glasses.
  5. Sip and enjoy!
