No need to stress over what to serve, these delightful daytime cocktails are easy to make and are sure to impress your guests!
Sunrise Slush
2 cups vodka
12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
32 oz cranberry juice cocktail
4 cups water
Combine all ingredients and pour into plastic freezer bags (double bag to avoid spills). Allow 24 hours to freeze. When you are ready to serve, thaw bags for about 5 minutes, then mix in blender to reach desired consistency.
Brunch Bubbly
750ml sparkling wine
16 oz orange juice
8 oz pineapple juice
2 tbsp grenadine
Combine orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine in a bowl, then gently stir in sparkling wine.
Luscious Latte
2 oz Kahlua
2 oz espresso
4 oz skim milk
3 tbsp chocolate syrup
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and stir. If desired, add a scoop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings to top it off!
Bloody Mary
6 oz vodka
3 cups tomato juice
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp horseradish
1 ½ tsp Worcesteshire sauce
¼ tsp salt, pepper & Tabasco
6 lemon wedges
In a pitcher, combine all ingredients except lemon wedges and stir. Divide into ice-filled glasses and garnish with a lemon wedge!
