This year’s World Chocolate Day on July 7th marks 466 years since this irresistible confection was introduced to Europe. Although it’s only been on our shores since the 1870’s, we now yumm our way through nearly 20 percent of the world’s chocolate confectionery.

Chocotini
Ingredients
2 oz vodka
2 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz Irish Cream
Directions
Chill all ingredients well before mixing. Combine ingredients in martini glass, stir gently and enjoy!
Cho-quila
Ingredients
2 oz tequila
2 oz chocolate liqueur
2 oz orange liqueur
Dash of dry sparkling wine
Dash of lime juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well, strain into a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine. Cheers!
