Paloma

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rim a Collins style glass with salt. Fill glass with ice. Add tequila and lime juice, and top it off with grapefruit soda.

Frozen Watermelon-Rita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen watermelon
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 lime wedge

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a margarita glass and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Maguey Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Agave de Cortes Silver Mezcal
  • ½ oz Bénédictine
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz orgeat (An almond-flavored syrup. Recommended: Fee Brothers)
  • ½ large egg white
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • Orange twist for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add the remaining ingredients except garnishes. Shake well.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and orange twist. Enjoy!

Marvelous Michelada

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1½ cups tomato & clam juice cocktail
  • ½ cup cold beer (recommended: Carta Blanca)

Directions

  1. Dip the rim of a chilled 1-pint mug into salt.
  2. Fill mug with cubed ice. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and soy sauce.
  3. Pour in the tomato and clam juice cocktail. Top off mug and gently stir.
