It’s America’s day to dote on ice cream floats! And while this classic summer cooler is famous for the basic chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors, why not whip up a grown-up version of this summer treat?

Orange Dreamsicle Float
Ingredients
2 oz vanilla flavored vodka
6 oz chilled orange soda
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
Pour vodka and orange soda in a chilled highball glass.
Top with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Cheers!
Choco-Cherry Bourbon Float
Ingredients
1 pint of dark chocolate ice cream
2 oz bourbon
1 cherry soda, chilled
Directions
Fill chilled highball glass with ice cream. Pour in 1-2 shots of bourbon.
Add soda and serve with straws or spoons.
Guinness Extra Stout Float
Ingredients
¾ cup Guinness Stout
2 scoops coffee ice cream
Dark chocolate syrup
Chocolate shavings for garnish
Directions
Line the sides of a frosty mug with dark chocolate syrup.
Add 2 scoops coffee ice cream then fill with Guinness.
Drizzle dark chocolate syrup on top and garnish with dark chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
