Bells & Peppers
3 oz vodka
1½ oz Chartreuse
3 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz lemon juice
4 rings of bell pepper (color of your choice)
2 tsp of fresh mint
Muddle the rings of bell pepper and mint in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Add the grapefruit and lemon juice, vodka and Chartreuse and shake to blend. Strain into a chilled martini glass or pour over ice.
Carrot Delight
3 oz vodka
6 oz carrot juice
2 oz apple juice
5 thin slices of ginger
Splash of club soda
Lime wedge for garnish
Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the carrot juice, apple juice and vodka, and shake to blend. Pour mixture into an ice-filled glass, top with a splash of club soda and garnish the lime wedge.
To The Beet
4½ oz vodka
1 oz beet juice
Beet slice for garnish
Salt & pepper for rim of glass
Line the rim of your glass with the salt and pepper. Pour the vodka and beet juice into a cocktail shaker and shake to blend. Strain into your glass, garnish with the beet slice and enjoy this tasty treat to the beet!
Cucumber Mint-ini
4 oz gin
½ oz lime juice
2 sprigs of fresh mint
6 cucumber slices
Muddle five cucumber slices with the mint. Combine with the gin and lime juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake to blend. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.
