Today is National Chocolate Day! Say no more. You won’t have to try very hard to convince us to celebrate this special day. Instead of your standard candy bar, celebrate this special day with one of these sweet and chocolate-y cocktails!
Chocolate Martini:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz walnut liqueur
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 tbsp finely grated bittersweet chocolate for garnish.
Combine vodka and liqueurs in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour into two glasses over ice. Garnish with chocolate.
White Chocolatini:
1 ½ oz vanilla vodka
1 oz white chocolate liqueur
1 oz cream
White chocolate shavings for garnish
Pour vodka, liqueur and cream into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
Midnight Snowstorm:
2 oz white crème de menthe
½ oz green crème de menthe
1 cup of hot chocolate
Whipped cream
Pour white crème de menthe and hot chocolate into a coffee glass. Top with whipped cream and drizzle green crème de menthe on top.
