With warmer weather shrinking pants into shorts and the sun hanging around later and later each night, you’ll need to dust the winter off your social skills and start hosting again. Tropic Thunder Shots
Ingredients
- 1 part Pineapple juice
- 1 part Orange juice
- 3 parts Coconut rum
- Splash of grenadine
Directions
- Mix pineapple juice, orange juice and coconut-flavored rum in a pitcher.
- Pour into shot glasses.
- Top with a splash of grenadine—just enough to add a hint of color—and garnish with a mini umbrella, if desired.
Cranberry Kamikaze Shot
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Fresh lime juice
- 1½ oz Cranberry vodka
- 1½ oz Triple sec
- ¾ oz Cranberry juice
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the lime juice, cranberry vodka, triple sec, and cranberry juice.
- Shake well, about 15 seconds, to chill the mixture.
- Strain into a highball or martini glass for a single drink or, if you prefer, into 4 separate shot glasses.
Salted Watermelon Shots
Ingredients
- Lime wedge
- Kosher salt, for garnishing rim
- ½ oz Silver tequila
- ¼ oz Watermelon vodka
- ¼ oz Fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Freshly extracted watermelon juice
Directions
- Wet the outside rim of a shot glass with a lime wedge and then dip the rim into a small bowl of salt. Set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into the salt-rimmed shot glass.
Blue Lagoon Shots
Ingredients
- 1 oz Coconut rum
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- ½ oz of Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 cup Crushed ice
Directions
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well until cold, about 1 minute. Pour into shot glasses.
