Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Still Austin Gin
- 1 oz cranberry sauce
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orange juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Ciroc Vodka
- ½ oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3-5 drops of green food coloring
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake well and strain over ice into rimmed glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
- ½ oz Blue Chair Bay Rum
- 1 oz Malibu Rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cups canned unsweetened coconut milk
- Sparkling water
- Pomegranate
Directions:
In a glass, muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves until the leaves have broken down. Fill the glass half way with ice. In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk and blend until smooth. Pour over the ice and stir to combine. Top with sparkling water, mint and pomegranate.

- 2 cups E&J Gallo Apple Brandy
- 1 ½ cups water
- Honey to taste
- ½ cup lemon juice
- Cinnamon sticks
Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the honey until dissolved. Stir in the lemon juice and Apple Brandy. Pour into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

- 2 oz Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 2 tsp chocolate syrup
- 2 Savoiardi Ladyfinger Cookies
- 1 tsp Grated chocolate for garnish
Directions:
Drizzle the inside of two martini glasses with chocolate syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add coffee liqueur, brandy, chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka and heavy cream. Cover and shake well to slightly whip the cream with the other ingredients. Pour into two martini glasses and garnish
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Stella Rosa Smooth Black Brandy
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 3 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 Orange
- 1 tbsp allspice berries
- 5-7 cinnamon sticks
- ½ cup cranberries or cranberry juice
- ½ cup sugar
Directions:
Pour Apple Cider into a large pot over medium-high heat. Dice apples and add into the cider, and peel orange rind and add into pot. Add allspice berries, cinnamon sticks, and the cranberries. Add the sugar and stir it to dissolve. Bring the mixture to a low boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add the brandy then simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve warm.

- 2 oz RumChata Liqueur
- 2 oz Creme de Cocoa Liqueur
- 1 oz Crown Royal Whisky
- 1 oz Half & Half
- For garnish:
- 3 tbsp caramel

- 1-3 whole pecans

Directions:
Put caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate plates. Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans. Directions:
Cut up small pieces of garnish and fruit and place them in the ice tray. Pour half orange and half cranberry juice into the ice tray & freeze. Place ice into your glass and pour in sparkling wine.

- (1) 14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
- 8 oz triple sec liqueur
- ¼ cup lime juice
- Lime wedge and sanding sugar for rimming glasses

Directions:
Combine tequila, coconut milk, triple sec, lime juice and 4 cups of ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Rim glasses with lime wedge and dip in sanding sugar. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and cranberries.

- 2 oz RumChata Peppermint Bark Liqueur
- 2 oz Vanilla vodka
- Frosting for glass rim
- Crushed candy cane for rim
- Candy cane for garnish
Directions:
Garnish the rim of martini glasses with frosting and cracked peppermint candy cane. Pour RumChata and vanilla vodka into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Serve with a peppermint candy cane for garnish.

- 1 ½ oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 ½ oz Irish cream liqueur
- 2 oz whole milk
- 1 oz amaretto
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- Vanilla frosting and sprinkles
- Sugar Cookie
Directions:
Frost the rim of a martini glass and dip into a shallow bowl of sprinkles. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Irish cream, milk, amaretto, powdered sugar and ice. Shake well and pour into martini glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Absolut Elyx Vodka
- Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- ¾ oz ginger syrup
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp molasses
- Gingerbread spice and mini
gingerbread house topper for garnish
Directions:
In a copper mug mix the vodka, ginger syrup, lime juice, and molasses. Add crushed ice and top with ginger beer. Sprinkle gingerbread spice and place mini gingerbread house on rim.
