Sweet with a touch of heat, our big batch Jalapaloma is quite the treat
Freeze watermelon chunks for 2 hours. Rim your margarita glasses with lime and salt. In a blender combine frozen watermelon, ice, lime juice, Avion tequila, Cointreau and blend until smooth. Garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
Fill a shaker with ice. Add tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake and strain over ice. Top with jalapeno slices and garnish with pineapple wedge.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Sotol, lime juice and rose simple syrup. Shake and strain into the glass. Top with the grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
In a cocktail shaker combine ice, mezcal, pineapple juice, agave syrup, lime juice, and egg white. Shake until foamy. Strain into glass and add 3 drops of aromatic bitters.
- 2 oz Código Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Spec’s Agave Nectar
- 1 1/4 oz Langers Ruby Red Grapefruit
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 Rosemary sprigs
- Fill a glass with ice and add the rosemary and agave nectar to a cocktail shaker.
- Muddle the rosemary then add the tequila, grapefruit and lime juices, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake and strain into your glass. Garnish with a sprig and enjoy!
Pour all ingredients into a pitcher and stir. Chill for 1 hour, rim glasses with lime and salt. Pour over ice, top with club soda and garnish with a lime. Enjoy!
