Ingredients:
1 oz Kirk & Sweeney 12 Year rum
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Maple syrup
1 oz Ginger beer
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Orange peel garnish

Directions:

Add all ingredients in a shaker except ginger beer, add ice & shake well until chilled. Strain over fresh ice, top with ginger beer & garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy!

3 to 4 thick slices fresh watermelon
12 ounces light rum
1/2 cup simple syrup
6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (3 limes)

Muddle fresh mint leaves. Use food processor or blender to make watermelon purée. Add mint, purée, rum, simple syrup and lime juice to large pitcher. Stir. Garnish with sprigs of mint and spears of watermelon. Enjoy!
