Mardi Gras Milkshake

4 oz. Fistful of Bourbon
4 oz. Coffee
2. oz Milk
4 cups Vanilla Bean – New Orleans Ice Cream Co.
Beignets, chocolate syrup, whipped cream for garnish


Brew coffee and set aside to cool. In a blender combine bourbon, coffee, milk and top with ice cream. Blend until smooth. Garnish your glasses with chocolate syrup, coffee beans, and add the milkshake. Top off with a beignet, whipped cream, and a few dashes of ground coffee. Enjoy!

Amber Ale Old Fashioned

2 oz. Bourbon
1 bottle of Amber Ale
Orange Bitters
1 tsp sugar
Orange Peel
Maraschino Cherries

Fill a shaker with ice. Add Bourbon, bitters, and sugar. Shake well. Pour into a pint glass and top with Amber Ale. Garnish with Orange Peel and a Maraschino Cherry. Enjoy!
