  • 2 oz El Dorado Rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Nutmeg and pineapple wedge for garnish

Directions:

Add rum, juices, and cream of coconut into to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with nutmeg and pineapple wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Bumbu Rum
  • ¾ oz Campari Liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, pour the rum, Campari, pineapple and lime juices, and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

  • 1 ½ oz Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
  • ¾ oz Cruzan Coconut Rum
  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
  • Splash Blue Curacao Liqueur
  • Splash lemon lime soda
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Pineapple and maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rums, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice and lime juice. Shake well. Serve in a glass and add a splash of lemon lime soda. Garnish with pineapple and cherries.

  • 1 ½ oz Kraken Spiced Rum
  • ½ oz Grey Whale Gin
  • ¾ tbsp cognac
  • ½ oz sherry
  • ½ oz pisco brandy
  • 1 ½ oz orange juice
  • ½ orgeat syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • Pineapple and maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients except sherry. Shake and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Add a sherry float on top, garnish with mint.
