Spiked Egg Cream
Ingredients
- ½ oz Disaronno Amaretto
- 1 ½ oz dark rum
- 2 to 3 oz chocolate fudge syrup
- 2 oz full-fat whole chocolate milk
- 2 oz plain seltzer
- Garnish: maraschino cherries, whipped cream, sprinkles, frosting and shortbread cookie
Directions
Drip chocolate syrup inside of a tall glass.
Fill glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, combine chocolate milk, rum, and amaretto.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Strain into prepared glass.
Top off with seltzer.
Garnish with a cherry, whipped cream, and frosted cookie.
Campfire Mule
Ingredients
- 2 oz Knob Creek Smoked Maple Whiskey
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz pure maple syrup
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Garnish: marshmallows
Directions
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup and gently stir.
Top off with ginger beer and stir again to combine.
Toast marshmallow garnish with a blowtorch or directly over the flame of a gas stove.
Thread marshmallows onto a stick and place on glass.
Mrs. Claws
Ingredients
- 12 oz White Claw Black Cherry
- 2 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Pomegranate or cranberry juice
- 2 Tbsp coarse sugar
- Fresh lime
- Garnish: lime peel and course sugar
Directions
Pour sugar onto a small plate.
Run a lime wedge along rims of 2 highball glasses.
Dip top of glasses into sugar, shaking off excess.
Fill each glass with ice.
Divide pomegranate juice and vodka between prepared glasses.
Squeeze a lime wedge into each.
Top off with White Claw.
Nutty or Nice Martini
Ingredients
- 2oz Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 2 oz espresso
- Garnish: crushed peanuts and peanut butter
Directions
Add the Kahlúa, vodka, espresso and peanut butter whiskey into a shaker with lots of ice.
Shake for 15 – 20 seconds to build up that velvety-smooth foam.
Fine strain into a martini glass – don’t forget the foam!
Garnish with the coffee beans.
Not-So-Naughty Jack Frost
Ingredients
- Cold lemon or pineapple seltzer
- 2 cups cold dark blue sports drink
- 1 pt lemon sorbet
- lemon
- Garnish: course sugar
Directions
Rub cut side of lemon on rims of 4 glasses. Pour sanding sugar onto a small plate and press rims of glasses into sugar to coat. Juice lemon into a blender (2-3 Tbsp). Add sports drink, sorbet, and ice to blender. Pulse, adding more ice if needed, until smooth and thickened. Divide drink among prepared glasses. Top off with seltzer.

Sugarplum Spritz
Ingredients
- 4 oz Texas South Wind Plum Wine
- 8 oz dry prosecco
- Dash of bitters
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 oz maraschino cherry syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: course sugar and sugared plum slice
Directions
Rim glass with simple syrup and course sugar.
In a cocktail shaker, combine wine, cherry syrup, lemon juice, and bitters.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Fill prepared glasses with ice. Strain cocktail into glasses.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with sugared plum slice.
White Christmas Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Spiced Rum
- 2 oz Coconut cream
- 12 Fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- Seltzer
- Garnish: pomegranate seeds and fresh mint
Directions
Blend cream and rum until frothy.
In a Collins glass, muddle mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar.
Fill glass with ice, pour cream mixture over, and top off with seltzer.
Garnish with mint sprig and pomegranate seeds.

Boozy Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 oz chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Kahlua Chocolate Sips
- 2 oz Old Forester 1920 Prohibition Style Whiskey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Garnish: Whip Shots
Directions
Pour 1/2 of the milk into a saucepan set on meduim heat. Mix the Cocoa Powder in and add the remaining milk to help dissolve. Add in remaining ingredients and stir until warmed. Serve and garnish with Whip Shots, and your favorite marshmallows, chocolate syrup or cocoa powder.
Santa’s Hat
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blackland Vodka
- 1 tbsp vanilla frosting
- 1/4 cup Sugar Rim
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
- 2 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Grenadine
- Garnish: peppermint stick
Directions
Using a small spoon, spread frosting along rim of a martini glass both inside and out, covering about 1/2″ of rim. Onto a small plate pour sugar and dip glass into sugar to cover frosting. Add soda, lime juice, vodka, and grenadine and gently stir to combine. Garnish with peppermint stick.
Rudolph Coquito
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi Spiced Rum
- 3 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz black tea
- 1 tbsp condensed coconut milk
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Splash vanilla syrup
- Garnish: sugared rosemary and a cranberry
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and pour into glass. Garnish with sugared rosemary and a cranberry.

Cranberry Bramble
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Still Austin Gin
- 1 oz cranberry sauce
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz orange juice
Directions
Build all ingredients in a glass with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary.
The Grinch
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Ciroc Vodka
- ½ oz Blue Curaçao
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple Syrup
- 3-5 drops of green food coloring
Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake well and strain over ice into rimmed glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

White Christmas Margarita
Ingredients
- Serving Size: 6
- 12 oz Herradura Silver Tequila
- 14 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 8 oz triple sec liqueur
- ¼ cup lime juice
- Garnish: Lime wedge, cranberries and rimming sugar
Directions
Combine tequila, coconut milk, triple sec, lime juice and 4 cups of ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Rim glasses with lime wedge and dip in sanding sugar. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and cranberries.
Pecan Pie Martini
Ingredients
- 2 Cups E&J Gallo Apple Brandy
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 tbsp and 2 tsp honey
- ½ cup lemon juice
- Garnish: cinnamon sticks
Directions
Put caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate plates. Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans.
Combine RumChata, Creme de Cocoa, and Whisky in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Pour into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Tiramisu Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 2 tsp chocolate syrup
- 2 Savoiardi Ladyfinger Cookies
- Garnish: gated chocolate
Directions
Drizzle the inside of two martini glasses with chocolate syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add coffee liqueur, brandy, chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka and heavy cream. Cover and shake well to slightly whip the cream with the other ingredients. Pour into two martini glasses and garnish with cookies and grated chocolate.

Cranberry Cheer Mimosa
Ingredients
- LaMarca Prosecco
- Rosemary, oranges, cranberries & pomegranate
- Orange juice
- Cranberry juice
Directions
Pour apple cider into a large pot over medium-high heat. Dice apples and add into the cider, and peel orange rind and add into pot. Add allspice berries, cinnamon sticks, and the cranberries. Add the sugar and stir it to dissolve. Bring the mixture to a low boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add the brandy then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
RumChata Peppermint Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz RumChata Peppermint Bark Liqueur
- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- Garnish: Candy cane, frosting and crushed peppermint
Directions
Garnish the rim of martini glasses with frosting and cracked peppermint candy cane. Pour RumChata and vanilla vodka into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Serve with a peppermint candy cane for garnish.
