Fajitas + Margaritas = Fiesta!

Some couples just naturally bring out the best in each other. Reigning at the top of this list: fajitas and margaritas!

King Fajita is famous for delicious variety (beef, chicken, veggie, shrimp) and sizzling presentation. Queen Margarita is known for creating quite a stir with a crowd-pleasing blend of icy ingredients and spirited tequila.

This weekend is a perfect excuse to bring the two together and create a summer fiesta for friends—and Spec’s has all the ingredients you need to hold court!

1 oz tequila
3 oz cup Uncle Dick’s Margarita Mix
Salt to rim glass
Lime wedge for garnish

Pour salt onto a plate. Rub lime wedge around rim and press it into the salt. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge!

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
