Roll With the Punches With 4 Summer Punch Recipes

Summer is upon us, which means it’s time to fire up the grill and get ready for dinners on the patio! But what fun is a backyard BBQ without a delicious cocktail? Try one of these refreshing and shareable summer punch recipes at your next get together!

Lemon Fizz

750 ml gin
4 oz Grand Marnier
4 lemons
½ cup lemon juice
24 oz club soda, chilled

Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith. Muddle the peels with sugar in a large pitcher or punch bowl and let stand for 30 minutes. Add the lemon juice and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add gin and Grand Marnier and stir. Fill the pitcher or bowl halfway with ice and add the club soda. Stir and serve!

White Strawberry Sangria

750 ml white wine
½ cup white rum
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
4 cups lemon-lime soda

Add all fruit slices to a large pitcher. Pour the remaining ingredients over the fruit. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Serve in wine glasses over fruit slices and ice.

Sparkling Fruit Punch

750 ml sparkling wine
1 peach, thinly sliced
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup simple syrup

Mix fruit, lemon juice and simple syrup in a large punch bowl and let sit for an hour. Pour in sparkling wine and serve over ice.

Pomegranate Sparkler

750 ml sparkling wine
¾ cup white wine
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup pomegranate juice
2 oranges thinly sliced
1 cup diced pineapple
¼ cup pomegranate seeds

In a punch bowl, dissolve the sugar in pomegranate juice. Add the sparkling wine and white wine. Then add orange slices, diced pineapple and pomegranate seeds.
