Ingredients:
For Cocktail:
- 2 oz RumChata Liqueur
- 2 oz Creme de Cocoa Liqueur
- 1 oz Crown Royal Whisky
- 1 oz Half & Half
For garnish:
- 3 tbsp caramel
- ¼ cup toasted chopped pecans
- Cool Whip
- 1-3 whole pecans
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
Put caramel and toasted chopped pecans on separate plates.
Dip the rim of each glass first into caramel and then into chopped pecans.
Combine RumChata, Creme de Cocoa, and Whisky in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake well.
Pour into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a whole pecan, and a sprinkle of cinnamon
