Irish Mule
Ingredients
- 2 oz whiskey
- 6 oz quality ginger ale
- Large wedge of lime
Preparation
- Fill a high ball glass with ice, and pour in 2 oz whiskey.
- Top up with ginger ale, and stir briefly to mix. Squeeze a large wedge of lime over cocktail and drop into the glass.
