Mint Tart

Ingredients
2 oz rum
1 grapefruit
10 mint leaves
2 tsp agave nectar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
Splash of sparkling water

Preparation
Muddle 4 grapefruit segments, mint, agave nectar and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add the juice and rum, fill with ice, and shake to blend. Strain into a glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
