Original Irish
Ingredients
- 2 oz whiskey
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 2 dashes curaҫao
- 1 dash maraschino liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 piece fresh orange peel
- olives to taste
Preparation
- Pour liquid ingredients over ice and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Flame a piece of orange peel and squeeze oil over the cocktail. Rim the glass with orange peel and discard. Garnish with olives.
