Penicillin

Ingredients
2 oz blended scotch
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz honey syrup
3 slices ginger
1/4 oz Laphroaig

Preparation
For the honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and hot water and stir well. Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the scotch, lemon juice and honey syrup. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass and pour the Laphroaig over the top of a spoon so it floats.
