Ingredients
1/4 cup gin
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp rosemary syrup*
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
4 rosemary sprigs
Splash of club soda
Rosemary sprig for garnish
Preparation
Stir the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a glass. Fill it halfway with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with rosemary sprig to add a pop of color!
*To make rosemary syrup: Add ingredients to a saucepan, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain the syrup and chill.
