Ingredients
6 oz gin
4 oz lemon juice
8 oz water
3 tbsp agave syrup
2 cucumbers
1 tbsp rosemary
Cucumber slices for garnish
Preparation
Purée two cucumbers and rosemary in a food processor and pour through a strainer to extract juice. Add water, gin, lemon juice and agave syrup. Stir well and garnish with cucumber slices.
