Ingredients
2 oz gin
2 dashes peach bitters
2 mint sprigs
Lemon wedge & mint sprig for garnish

Preparation
Muddle mint, gin and peach bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
