Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Bols Genever
- 1/2 cup Cointreau
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Simple syrup
- 1 cup Perelada Stars Brut Cava
- 8 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 cup Club soda
- Star anise
- Pineapple slice
- Nutmeg
Directions:
Fill a punch bowl with 2 cups of ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into the bowl and stir. Garnish with star anise, pineapple slices and grated nutmeg.
