Maple Whisky Sour

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Crown Royal Whisky
  • ¾ oz. Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • Egg White
  • Bitters

Directions:

  1. Add whisky, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and 1 egg white to shaker.
  2. Dry shake for 1 minute, and add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into glass and top with a dash of bitters.
