Maple Whisky Sour

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Crown Royal Whisky
- ¾ oz. Maple Syrup Vanilla Extract
- ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
- Egg White
- Bitters
Directions:
- Add whisky, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and 1 egg white to shaker.
- Dry shake for 1 minute, and add ice and shake again.
- Strain into glass and top with a dash of bitters.
