Ingredients:
- 1 cup Stella Rosa Smooth Black Brandy
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 3 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 Orange
- 1 tbsp allspice berries
- 5-7 cinnamon sticks
- ½ cup cranberries or cranberry juice
- ½ cup sugar
Directions:
Pour Apple Cider into a large pot over medium-high heat.
Dice apples and add into the cider, and peel orange rind and add into pot.
Add allspice berries, cinnamon sticks, and the cranberries.
Add the sugar and stir it to dissolve.
Bring the mixture to a low boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Add the brandy then simmer for 10-15 minutes and serve warm.
