Ingredients:
- 1 cup Haton Champagne
- 1 cup June Shine Kombucha
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 3–4 sprigs of thyme
Directions:
Start by releasing the aroma of the thyme by smacking it together with your hands, then add it to a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together with ice. Strain and divide evenly into coupe or champagne glasses and garnish with thyme.
