
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Rose Syrup
- Lemon Juice
- 5 drops Butterfly Pea Flower Extract
- Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup
- Raspberries and Mint for garnish
Directions:
Combine Butterfly pea extract and lemon juice in a glass of water.
Freeze into ice cubes for your cocktail.
In a glass pour rose syrup and muddle raspberries, and add Hibiscus Flowers.
Add elderflower liqueur and pre-made ice cubes.
Top with elderflower tonic water and garnish with mint and raspberries
