Rose Garden Fizz Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 oz Rose Syrup 
  • Lemon Juice 
  • 5 drops Butterfly Pea Flower Extract 
  • Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup 
  • Raspberries and Mint for garnish 

Directions:

Combine Butterfly pea extract and lemon juice in a glass of water. 

Freeze into ice cubes for your cocktail. 

In a glass pour rose syrup and muddle raspberries, and add Hibiscus Flowers.

Add elderflower liqueur and pre-made ice cubes.

Top with elderflower tonic water and garnish with mint and raspberries
