Pomegranate Kombucha Mimosa
1 cup Haton Champagne
1 cup June Shine Kombucha
½ cup pomegranate juice
3–4 sprigs of thyme
Start by releasing the aroma of the thyme by smacking it together with your hands, then add it to a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together with ice. Strain and divide evenly into coupe or champagne glasses and garnish with thyme.
Skinny Margarita
1 ½ oz Lalo Blanco Tequila
3 tbsp lime juice
1 ½ tbsp orange juice
1 tsp light agave nectar
Kosher salt & lime wedge (for rimming your glass)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave.
Shake well and strain into glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Low Cal Mojito
1 oz Bacardi Rum
1 oz lime juice
Sparkling Water
5 mint leaves
In a glass, muddle the lime and mint.
Pour in the rum and add ice.
Top off with Quatreau and stir.
Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
