Ingredients
- 4 oz Desert Door Sotol
- 3 oz Triple Sec
- 3 oz Lime Juice
- ½ Avocado (pitted & peeled)
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro
- Halo del Santo garnish
- 2 Lime wedges
Directions
Add the avocado, Sotol, triple sec, juice, jalapeno, cilantro and ice to a blender and puree until smooth.
Garnish your glasses with Halo del Santo on the rim and pour into prepared glasses.
