Pink Fizz

Ingredients
2 oz vodka
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
3/4 tsp simple syrup
3 mint sprigs
Splash of cranberry juice & sparkling wine
Cherry for garnish

Preparation
Muddle simple syrup, mint and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, vodka and cranberry juice and shake well. Strain into a glass and top with a splash of sparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
