Irish Tea

Ingredients
4 oz sweet green tea
1 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz absinthe
Lime wedge for garnish

Preparation
Rinse a rocks glass with the absinthe. Fill with ice, then pour in whiskeyand top with chilled green tea. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Ingredients: Directions: Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice. In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
