Texas Peach Tea Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz ginger beer
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 peach, peeled & sliced for garnish

Preparation
Puree peaches and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Add vodka, then fill rest of the glass with ginger beer.

In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.  Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
