Ingredients:
- 1 oz Botanist Gin
- 3 oz Brut Prosecco
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 Pear liqueur
- Garnish: pear slices and sparkler
Directions:
To a coupe glass, add Gin, Lemon Juice, and Pear Liqueur. Top with Prosecco. To garnish, cut pears into thin slices and add a cocktail pick to end of stack to create a fan.
