Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mijenta Tequila
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4-6 mint leaves
- 1-2 tbsp agave
- 2 oz pineapple juice or 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- Chili salt for rim
Directions:
Rim a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip into chili salt. Fill with ice.
In a shaker, muddle the lime juice, mint leaves, agave, and pineapple.
Add the tequila, Cointreau and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves, as desired.
