Día de los Muertos Pineapple Mezcal Sour

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Rayu Mezcal
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 oz lime juiceAngostura Bitters
- Edible flower for garnish
Directions:
- In a cocktail shaker combine ice, mezcal, pineapple juice, agave syrup, lime juice, and egg white. Shake until foamy. Strain into glass and add 3 drops of aromatic bitters.
